You can return any unworn, unused, and unwashed items within 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with tags intact and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Lingerie and undergarments that have been opened or used
- Gift cards
3. How to Return an Item
